Moodboard & Style Tile
Mood Board Creation: We curated a collection of images reflecting the design adjectives—Minimal, Modern, Organized, Calm, and Peaceful, helping to visually communicate the app's intended atmosphere and guiding the overall aesthetic choices.
Style Tile Development: We developed a style tile that defines the color palette, typography, and design elements to be used throughout the app, ensuring consistency and alignment with the desired mood of the app.
Color Palette Selection: We chose a harmonious set of colors that reflect the calm and organized nature of the app, offering both light and dark mode options for a balanced user experience.
Typography and Design Elements: We selected clean, modern fonts and visual elements that complement the minimalist style, contributing to a serene and user-friendly interface.

Mood and Aesthetic: We curated a calming and modern visual style with a light and dark mode, emphasizing simplicity and organization.
Home Screen Design: I Created a welcoming and functional home screen with personalized greetings and a clear task overview, focusing on ease of use.
Task Management Interface: We designed the "Add Something" section to be intuitive, allowing users to easily input and prioritize tasks, events, and goals.
Task Prioritization: I Developed a visual, sliding system for task priority, helping users quickly organize their tasks based on urgency.

Research Insights: Initial research revealed that users rely on multiple apps for task management, highlighting the need for an integrated solution.
Design Refinements: The design evolved from a basic interface to a focused task management system, simplifying the network section and clarifying its role.
Motivational Features: Based on early insights, we added features like learning module, customizable task lists, notifications, and progress tracking to enhance user engagement and motivation.
Time Management: Time-chunking and task prioritization techniques were incorporated into the app to help users better manage their time and tasks.
Behavioral Engagement: Insights into user behavior led to the addition of notification badges and reminders to improve task completion and retention.
Final UI Adjustments: After receiving feedback, the UI was refined to include only a dark mode, improved navigation, time blocking and a more intuitive task flow, aligning with the app's goal of boosting productivity.
